Please see below an extract from a question and answer section on the website of Lochs and Glens, the tour organiser.
Question: My holiday is cancelled because the government changes its advice or Lochs and Glens decide not to operate the tour. Does my policy cover me for cancellation?
Answer: No. In the event of the government advising against all travel or all but essential travel then Lochs and Glens Holidays will refund the holiday money that you have paid.
The bad news is of course that, for very good reasons, the government is now advising against all but essential travel so this trip will clearly be cancelled. The good news is that it would appear all monies paid will be refunded.
