SUMMARY:BMG Cycle Museum and Afternoon Tea
DESCRIPTION:Dear All \n\nWe do hope you will join us at the home of Dave Gray for afternoon tea and the opportunity to visit the BMG Cycle Museum. \n\nLocated at the bottom of Dave’s garden in a brand-new purpose-built facility\, the BMG Cycle Museum contains an extensive collection of bicycles dating as far back as the 19th century.  All are meticulously labelled\, providing an instant insight into their history and unusual features.  Over the years\, Dave has amassed around 200 cycles\, many rare and unusual.  In addition to the large number on display in the museum\, Dave has many more in storage.  Also on display is an extensive collection of cycling-related artifacts\, again collected over several decades. \n\nAfternoon tea will be served in Dave’s garden\, which\, Tardis like\, contains numerous interesting nooks and crannies in which to relax and enjoy a convivial cup of tea together with a selection of sandwiches\, cakes and scones. \n\nThe BMG Cycle Museum is named after Dave’s late wife Brenda\, who many members will have known from various Club events. \n\nThe address is: \n\n5 Castle Way \nHanworth Park \nMiddlesex TW13 7NW \n\nThere is ample nearby on street parking and we will endeavour to put some balloons outside the entrance so you can easily identify the house. \n\nThe cost for the afternoon will be £10 per person to cover the afternoon tea and a charitable donation. \n\nWe very much hope you will be joining us.  To confirm your attendance please transfer £10 per person to the Club in the usual way\, with the reference “BMG” \n\nWith best regards \n\nMark

DESCRIPTION:ATYC Rally 2026 at TMYC The 2026 ATYC Rally is set to be a fantastic weekend\, hosted by the Thames Motor Yacht Club in East Molesey\, Surrey. With space for just 40 boats\, early booking is strongly recommended to secure your place. You are also welcome to attend with or without your boat. If you’re not bringing a boat—or if you’re a TMYC member with a vessel\n2\nalready on club moorings—simply choose the number of tickets you need under “Additional Rally Tickets.”\nSaturday evening features a Hog Roast and live band playing through to 23:00\, preceded by complimentary drinks to get the celebrations started. On Sunday morning\, TMYC will be offering a club breakfast (Reserved here but paid for on the day). Afterwards\, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the Hampton Court Food Festival with a private guided tour of the Palace at 10.30 or 12.00 midday (additional charge).\nDuring the afternoon lawn games will be organised by Dennis Nissen.
