DESCRIPTION:View Agenda: TSCC 2026 AGM – Agenda \nDear All \nThis notice is to advise you that the TSCC AGM will take place on Sunday 26th April 2026 at the Ajax Water Activities Centre\, Ditton Reach\, Thames Ditton\,  Surrey KT7 0XB\, with arrival at 1.45pm for a 2pm start. \n  \nPlease find attached: \n  \n\nFormal notice of meeting including Committee nominations / proposed AGM motions form.  Please note that any Committee nominations or proposed AGM motions must be sent by 27th March.  Apologies for this short turnaround.\nAGM Agenda\n2026 Programme of Events\nDirections to the Ajax Sea Scouts Water Activities Centre\nMinutes of the 2025 AGM approved by the Committee and attached for reference\n\n  \nThe Statement of Financial Activities for the 12 months ending on 31st March 2025 will be circulated as soon as this has been prepared. \n  \nWe do hope you will join us for our AGM when\, as usual\, there will also be the opportunity to chat and catch up with other members over a cup of tea or coffee and some light refreshments. \n  \nAs ever\, we will be relying on all members to bring along a contribution to the nibbles.  Committee members will bring sandwiches and other members are requested to bring cakes and / or savouries.  All contributions gratefully appreciated but if possible home-made would be fantastic!  Tea and coffee will be supplied. \n  \nYour Committee looks forward to seeing you on Sunday 26th April.
